Pants that have been hemmed and pilot shirts with eyelets are returnable as long as they are in <a href="https://help.acutaboveuniforms.com/en-US/return-&amp;-exchanges-policy-215148">Returnable Condition</a>.Examples of alterations that are not returnable:<ul><li>Torso reductions</li><li>Any sleeve or collar alteration</li><li>Pocket alterations</li><li>Leg tapering</li><li>Embroidery</li><li>Anything that alters the original condition of an item that is not a standard pant inseam or a standard/Delta width eyelet.</li></ul>Q: I ordered items with alterations. To achieve the most professional and tailored appearance possible, you need a proper fitting. &#xA0;We offer <a href="https://acutaboveuniforms.com/fitting-appointments/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Fittings at our Showroom</a> location only. &#xA0;We are located at 379 S Arthur Ave., Louisville, Colorado, about 30 minutes west of Denver International Airport, 10 minutes north of Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. &#xA0;We recommend <a href="https://acutaboveuniforms.com/fitting-appointments/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Scheduling a Fitting Appointment</a>, but walk-ins are welcome from 9am to 3pm Monday - Friday. &#xA0;Please note that appointments will take priority over walk-ins.&#xA0;Some things to note before your fitting:<ul><li>Please wear underwear (yes, we really need to specify this).</li><li>If you normally wear an undershirt, bring one with you or have it on.</li><li>Give yourself at least an hour just for the fitting portion of your visit.</li><li>Alterations may take a couple hours to complete for scheduled appointments. &#xA0;Walk-in&apos;s are not guaranteed same day alterations and may take a couple days to complete.</li><li>We have limited space in our showroom for waiting. &#xA0;If you plan to wait for your alterations, we recommend having plans to visit any number of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. &#xA0;</li><li>If you are unable to wait for alterations, we are happy to ship your items to you.&#xA0;</li></ul>
