Cancel OrderUpdated a year ago

Most order cancellations we see are due to backordered products or processing times. We understand that sometimes you simply cannot wait any longer for your items. Before you cancel, please consider the following:

  • If you just need to change an existing order, there is no need to cancel and re-order.  We are happy to work with you on making any changes to an existing order without having to go through the cancellation process.  Please Contact Us with subject line Change Order and a representative will work with you to make all necessary changes.
  • Most cancellations are due to backordered products or delays in alterations.  If you are unable to wait any longer for your order, we are happy to work with you to find alternative products that are in stock or to send an item to you unaltered for faster processing times.  Please Contact Us with subject line Change Order and we will work together to on alternative solutions.

If you are not interested in alternative solutions and just want to cancel your order, please Contact Us with subject line Cancel Order, and your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please note: Orders already sent to fulfillment or that have already shipped are unable to be cancelled.
